What are the symptoms of stress overload, when our bodies have responded too many times to the “fight or flight” call?

  • High blood pressure.
  • Risk of heart attack.
  • Risk of a stroke.
  • Risk of diabetes.
  • Headaches and migraines.
  • Always tired.
  • Always angry.
  • Not feeling much of anything (shutting things out.)
