Congratulations! You have completed the course “Stress Management.”
We started this course by defining what stress is. We learned that stress isn’t the same for everyone. As well, our own stress level can vary depending on our reaction to the situation. With this in mind, we explored our current stress levels and what we’re currently doing to cope.
Then, we took a more subjective look at the factors of stress and coping behaviors. We also learned some techniques for taking care of our bodies and mind so that we are better equipped to cope with stress. Next, we covered some important lessons and some mental strategies.
With the basics in hand, we explored the costs of stress. We also completed an inventory to assess our level of stress at work. Then we considered some solutions, including stress logs and time management tips.
Next, we moved onto stress at home. We learned some tips that can help us get organized and stay that way! To wrap everything up, we considered the drainers and fillers in our lives.
You should now feel ready to manage stress at work, home, and play.
